Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. Regarding footwear, we recommend trainers or walking shoes/boots. There are no mucky areas due to a hard stone pathway around the estate.
Yes, our carpark has two toilets including one disabled friendly and also a sink with running water and hand sanitiser. There are also hand sanitisation stations at our coffee trailer and each picnic table.
Yes we do. In the main car park in the disabled friendly toilet we have included a pull down baby changing table with wipes and nappies.
Like any animal, there are small risks to being in close proximity. However our alpacas are friendly, however we advise during our safety briefings not to walk directly behind them in case they kick, also we do not allow any under 12’s to hold the lead of an alpaca in case the alpaca pulls away suddenly.
We do not allow dogs during alpaca trekking, however we do permit dogs on leads only, for the 1.4km scenic trail walk.
Our trained baristas can offer you excellent hot and cold drinks along with truly amazing traybakes, cakes and cookies. We also have an assortment of sweets in containers. We accept card only payments.
The alpaca trekking will still continue if it rains as the alpacas do not mind the rain. We advise you to wear a poncho or take an umbrella. Our picnic tables have waterproof parasols.
Yes, as long as you are not within 48hrs of the original booking and there is availability to change to the date and time you want. This can be done through our website or via email or phone.

We have a car park with 8 large parking spaces and an additional two spaces for disabled users. On arrival you will be greeted by one of our rangers before your activity.
We are as wheelchair friendly as possible. The trail is stoned and there are a couple of steeper sections that will require assistance. We have a wheelchair friendly toilet with ramp and assistive handrail supports.
