Good to know
Are the lodges strictly adults only?
Yes. Rockwater, Pineview and Bluebell are for adults aged 18 or over, with a maximum of two guests per lodge.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Earlier check-in may be purchased as an optional extra when available.
Is a private hot tub included?
Yes. Every lodge has its own wood-fired hot tub with hydro jets on a private deck. Instructions are provided for safe use.
Can we bring pets or invite visitors?
No. To protect the privacy and tranquillity of all guests, pets, parties, group bookings and visitors who are not included on the booking are not permitted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Are the lodges suitable for reduced mobility?
The bed is on a mezzanine level accessed by stairs, so the lodges are not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with significantly reduced mobility.
