Assumption of Risk: By participating in any of our activities, including alpaca trekking, kids forest school, glamping, luxury picnic days, yoga, and parent and baby days, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks involved. Our 1.4km alpaca trekking pathway passes through farmland, woodland, and around ponds, which may expose you to various hazards such as uneven terrain, slippery surfaces, unpredictable alpaca behaviour, wildlife encounters, and natural elements. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation.
Personal Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the activities you book. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other limitations that may affect your safety or the safety of others, you must inform us prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone we believe may be at risk.
Follow Instructions: During each activity, you must follow all instructions provided by our trained staff and guides. This includes but is not limited to adhering to safety guidelines, staying within designated areas, using appropriate equipment, and following any age or weight restrictions that may apply. Failure to comply with instructions may result in termination of your participation without refund.
Suitable Attire and Equipment: For each activity, we recommend wearing appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor adventures. This may include comfortable walking shoes, long pants, and weather-appropriate layers. Specific activities may have additional requirements, such as yoga mats or specialised equipment. It is your responsibility to come prepared for each activity. We will provide any necessary equipment related to the specific activity, such as alpaca lead ropes or luxury picnic hampers.
Waiver of Liability: To participate in any of our activities, you will be required to agree to this disclaimer before a booking for an activity is paid for. This waiver releases our business, its owners, employees, and affiliated parties from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss sustained during the activity.
Children and Minors: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and closely supervised throughout their participation in any activity. The adult accompanying the child or minor is solely responsible for their safety and behaviour.
Weather Conditions: Our activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity for safety reasons. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer an alternative date or refund.
