🧘 Every Saturday at 10:30am
🌿 Gentle yoga and mindful movement
😌 15 minutes of deep relaxation
☕ One hot drink at Coffee Island included
🎟️ £15 per person
✨ Adults only—complete beginners welcome

After your class, take a peaceful walk through the grounds to Coffee Island, choose your included hot drink and enjoy a little more time beside the water.

Come alone or bring a friend. Mats are available, and every movement can be adapted to suit your experience and ability.
